A staff member (R) from the municipal branch of China Postal Express & Logistics in Qingdao talks with a government employee in Qingdao Government Affairs Service Center.

The municipal branch of China Postal Express & Logistics in Qingdao City, east China's Shandong Province,  partnered with Qingdao Government Affairs Service Center to speed up postal delivery services, especially EMS (Express Mail Service), last December.

To better accomplish the task, staff members from the branch have worked in the center ever since.
